II. Types of Cookies Used
1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses, malicious software, or unwanted programs to enter Users’ Devices through Cookies. Order Processing in the Eromed.pl Online Store
An internet user who decides to make a purchase becomes a Customer of the Eromed.pl online store. By ordering products through Eromed.pl, the Customer registers in the store and agrees to the collection and processing of personal data provided in the registration form solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, issuing sales documents, and delivering products. Customer data will not be transferred or sold to third parties. Registered Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

Newsletter Subscription
A User who subscribes to newsletters from the Eromed.pl online store agrees to receive marketing materials delivered electronically. The newsletter is a free service providing information about new products, promotions, sales, competitions, events, collections, and other information related to Eromed.pl through periodic e-mail communication.

Newsletter subscription is confirmed by clicking the verification link sent to the User’s e-mail address or by selecting the appropriate consent checkbox during registration in the Eromed.pl online store.
