1. Registration
> To place an order, you must register by providing your company details in the registration form and, if applicable, a delivery address different from the company address.
> During registration, the following documents and invoicing details must be attached:
> - VAT Identification Number (NIP),
> - REGON number,
> - Certificate of Business Registration.
> Registered users gain access to wholesale prices, graphic materials, product certificates, and other resources.
2. Use of the eromed.pl Website
> 1. Full use of eromed.pl requires:
> - registration on the website available at http://www.eromed.pl/ by correctly completing the registration form and providing the required information;
> - possession of an active Account and active e-mail address used during registration;
> - providing all information necessary to process the Order;
> - access to a computer with an Internet connection and a web browser installed;
> - confirmation that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
> 2. Information regarding the Seller's use of cookies in connection with Order processing is available in the Cookie Policy, accessible at: http://eromed.pl/pl/content/11-polityka-prywatnosci
> 3. The Customer is obliged to keep their password strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party. The Customer must immediately notify the Seller of any unauthorized use of their e-mail address, Account, or any other security breach.
> 4. The Customer may only have one active Account. If the Seller determines that a Customer has more than one Account, the Seller may block the accounts until the matter is clarified. The Seller may also block an account if a third party impersonates the Customer or otherwise interferes with the operation of the website. The Seller may require the Customer to confirm account ownership whenever there are grounds to believe that the Account has been used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
> 5. By creating an Account or placing an Order, the Customer enters into an agreement for the provision of electronic services. In the case of Account creation, the agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party in accordance with the applicable regulations. By placing an Order after logging into the Account, the Customer enters into an agreement for electronic services for a fixed period lasting until delivery of the Order or withdrawal from the agreement, according to the rules described below.
> 6. The minimum average monthly turnover based on invoices from the last three months, below which we reserve the right to block access to the login and password, is PLN 5,000 net. In such cases, the company reserves the right to deactivate the Customer's account.
3. Order Fulfillment
> No minimum order value – orders are fulfilled starting from 1 item.
> Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being credited to our account or for cash-on-delivery orders. Orders are shipped via DPD courier service.

> Product prices are provided in EUR (PLN prices are approximate). The actual EUR/PLN exchange rate is taken from: http://www.multibank.pl/oplaty_i_kursy/kursy_walut on the date the order is placed.

> Shipping Costs (regardless of order size):
> - PLN 21 gross for bank transfer payments
> - PLN 25 gross for cash-on-delivery shipments
> - international shipping costs according to the price list
> Orders within each country are fulfilled by a local partner.
> Eromed.pl reserves the right to prioritize shipments to customers participating in the "Authorized Distributor" program. Information on how to join the program is available here: Authorized Distributor Program Regulations

> 1. To perform the agreement related to creating an account on eromed.pl;

> 3. If you also use our online store, we process your data to fulfill the sales agreement and deliver the ordered goods. If you request a VAT invoice, your data will also be processed for invoicing purposes.

> Do you have to provide your data?
> Providing your data is voluntary. However, without it, you will not be able to create an account or place an order.

> What is the legal basis for processing your data?
> 1. Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
> 2. For online store operations, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR;
> 3. If you consent to receiving marketing communications by e-mail, the legal basis also includes applicable electronic communication and telecommunications regulations.

> We process your data for:
> 1. The duration of the account agreement and the limitation period for any related claims;
> 2. The period required by accounting and tax regulations, and the limitation period for claims related to purchased products;
> 3. The duration of marketing activities or until consent for marketing communications is withdrawn.
5. Complaints Procedure
> 1. In transactions between businesses, products may be subject to claims under warranty and statutory liability for defects in accordance with applicable civil law regulations.
> 2. Statutory liability for defects means the seller's responsibility for physical and legal defects of the goods sold.
> 3. A warranty is an additional right granted voluntarily by the seller or manufacturer through a warranty statement or warranty document. The warranty covers physical defects only.
> 4. A buyer who fails to inspect the goods within the customary period and manner, or fails to notify the seller immediately after discovering a defect, loses rights arising from statutory liability for defects.
> 5. The buyer should notify the seller of a defect within one month of its discovery. Rights arising from statutory liability expire one year after delivery of the goods.
> 6. Pursuant to applicable civil law regulations, the seller reserves the right to exclude liability for defects where permitted by law. All defect-related complaints will be considered individually.
> 7. Any costs related to shipping the claimed goods and obtaining expert opinions shall be borne by the buyer.
> 8. It is recommended to include as much information as possible regarding the complaint, especially the type and date of the issue and contact details, as this will facilitate and speed up the complaint review process.
> 9. Complaints regarding the operation of Eromed Wholesale may be submitted by e-mail to: info@eromed.pl or in writing to: Pozytywki 18, 02-881 Warsaw, Poland.
> 10. Complaints are reviewed without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
> 11. The Seller's response will be sent to the address provided by the Buyer unless another communication method has been specified.
6. Payment and Shipping
> 1. The Seller offers the following methods of Product delivery or collection:
> 2. Courier delivery and cash-on-delivery courier service.
> 3. Delivery costs are displayed during the Order placement process. They depend on the delivery and payment method selected by the Customer. Delivery costs are also available in the appropriate section of the Online Store.
> 4. The delivery time for Products is up to 4 Business Days unless a different timeframe is specified during the Order process due to temporary product unavailability.
> 5. Delivery time is calculated from the date funds are credited to the Seller's bank account or, in the case of cash-on-delivery orders, from the date the Sales Agreement is concluded.

8. Payment Terms
> Deferred payment terms are arranged individually with our customer service department. The maximum payment period is 21 days.
9. Returns
> As the only company in Poland, we have introduced the possibility of returning purchased products within 180 days from the date of delivery. Products may be returned without providing any reason.
